Matt Phillips has been lobbying on behalf of clients for over a decade, after accumulating a wealth of experience in his seventeen-year career in the Wisconsin State Capitol. Prior to lobbying, he worked in various roles on a wide range of issues in the State Assembly, State Senate, and the Executive Branch.
Between his various roles, Matt has worked on issues in virtually every area of Wisconsin State Government. He has extensive experience and expertise in issues related to retail, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, natural resources, transportation, and financial institutions.
Matt graduated with Honors from Ripon College, where he majored in Politics and Government, and attended the Washington Semester Program at American University in Washington, D.C., where he interned on Capitol Hill.

Michael Welsh has been lobbying before the Wisconsin Legislature since 2005 after working in the State Capitol as an aide to several legislators and a former governor. His experience in the State Capitol eventually led him to a career in government relations, including 12 years as a contract lobbyist at a Madison lobbying firm, where he represented numerous clients across several industries and issue areas, including health care, public health, energy, and telecommunications.
In 2016, Michael was hired as Vice President of Legislative Affairs for the Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA), a statewide professional trade association committed to making Wisconsin a better place to live, work, and do business through effective advocacy on critical economic development policies.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he earned a BS in political science. He is also a United States Navy veteran.
